Booking Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
  • To confirm your booking, an initial payment of 25% of the total trip cost is required.
  • Bookings will be considered confirmed only after receipt of payment and email confirmation from Camp in Himalayas.
2. Payment Schedule
  • Initial Deposit: 25% of total trip cost due at booking.
  • Final Payment: Remaining 75% must be paid at least 15 days before the trip departure date.
  • Failure to complete the final payment on time may result in automatic cancellation of the booking with applicable cancellation charges.
3. Modes of Payment
  • Online payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or digital wallets.
  • Direct bank transfers for group bookings.
  • Cash payments at our Dehradun office (only for local customers).
4. Traveler Information
  • All travelers must provide complete and accurate details (name, age, ID proof) during booking.
  • Incorrect or incomplete information may result in booking denial or additional charges.
5. Group Bookings
  • For groups of 10 or more, a customized payment schedule can be arranged on request.
  • Group bookings require a signed agreement to secure customized terms.
6. Price Changes
  • Prices are subject to change due to unforeseen factors such as tax increases, changes in transportation costs, or government policies.
  • Once a booking is confirmed, we will honor the agreed rate unless statutory charges change.
