Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Terms

45+ days before departure – 100% refund (minus processing fees)
31–44 days before departure – 75% refund
16–30 days before departure – 50% refund
8–15 days before departure – 25% refund
0–7 days before departure – No refund

Payment Schedule

  • Initial Booking Amount: 25% of trip cost at time of booking
  • Final Payment: 75% must be paid 15 days before departure

Important Conditions

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@campinhimalayas.com
  • Cancellation charges calculated from date of receipt of written request
  • No refund for unused services
  • Processing fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
  • Refunds processed in 15–20 working days after approval
In case of natural calamities, political unrest, or government notices, partial or full travel cost consultation may be given on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Process
  1. Submit your cancellation request through our website or email info@campinhimalayas.com
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
  4. Refund will be issued to the original payment method used
Note: Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
