1. Booking & Payments
  • A minimum of 25% of the total trip cost must be paid at the time of booking.
  • The remaining 75% must be paid at least 15 days before the trip starts.
  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment confirmation via email or receipt.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeline outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
  • No refunds for no-shows or missed departures.
  • Processing fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
3. Travel Requirements
  • Guests must carry valid government ID proof at the time of travel.
  • Camp in Himalayas is not responsible for any delays due to natural calamities, road closures, or political unrest.
  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
4. Code of Conduct
  • Respect local culture, customs, and environment at all times.
  • Use of drugs or alcohol during the trip is strictly prohibited.
  • Camp in Himalayas reserves the right to remove any participant who creates a nuisance or risk to others.
5. Health & Safety
  • Participants must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
  • We are not liable for health-related issues arising during the trip.
  • Basic first-aid is available, but travelers should carry personal medication.
6. Changes & Delays
  • Camp in Himalayas reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather, safety, or operational concerns.
  • We will inform you in advance wherever possible, and alternatives will be provided if feasible.
7. Liability
  • We act only as facilitators and are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries arising during the trip.
  • All services are subject to conditions of the suppliers (hotels, transport, etc.).
